I’ll be honest with you.

The word “agent” never sat right with me. Agents book things. They confirm flights, send vouchers, follow up on transfers. That’s a service. A useful one, sure. But it’s not what we do.

What we do is closer to directing a film.

Every client that comes to us arrives with a feeling they’re chasing. Not always a place. A feeling. The honeymoon couple who want to feel genuinely surprised, not just pampered. The family who’ve done the Maldives twice and need somewhere that actually holds the kids’ attention beyond day two. The executive who travels constantly for work and needs a holiday that makes him feel like a human being again.

That’s the brief. And the brief is never “book me flights to Paris.”

So we listen differently. We ask questions that sound odd at first. What was the last trip that actually felt like a holiday? What do you dread about traveling? What would your ideal Tuesday look like, if place and cost didn’t matter? We’re not being philosophical. We’re mapping a person, so we can design an experience that fits them rather than one that fits a brochure.

From there, the actual construction begins.

We’re members of Serandipians, which means we’re connected to a global network of the most carefully vetted properties and operators on earth. That access matters. But access without judgment is just a longer menu. The judgment is knowing which of those properties is right for this specific client, this specific trip, this specific moment in their life.

A villa in Puglia might be perfect for one client and completely wrong for another. The difference is rarely the villa.

The work is also in the details that never show up in a confirmation email. The note to the sommelier about a wine the client mentioned in passing six months ago. The conversation with the head of concierge before arrival. The quiet request that a birthday isn’t made into a theatrical production. These things aren’t upsells. They’re just attention, given properly.

I started Endless Travels because I believed that the GCC market, Kuwait specifically, deserved something better than what the industry was offering. Not more options. Better thinking. There’s a difference.

Our clients are not people who struggle to find information. They have access to everything. What they don’t always have is someone they trust to tell them the truth. To say: that resort is beautiful on Instagram and genuinely disappointing in person. That airline’s business class has declined since the review you read. That time of year in that destination is not what the website implies.

We say those things. Directly. Without softening them into vagueness.

Because the role we’ve chosen, the one that actually serves our clients, isn’t the one where we agree enthusiastically and send a nice PDF. It’s the one where we’re genuinely responsible for how the trip feels when they’re living it.

That’s the difference between booking and designing.

One gets you there.

The other makes it worth going.
